Kaleam’s Standard operating procedures

for graphic design


 Planning phase


1- Review the project brief and clarify any questions or concerns with the client or project manager.


2- Research the target audience and industry to gather inspiration and inform design decisions.


3- Determine the scope of work and create a timeline for completing the project.


4- Gather any necessary assets, such as logos, images, and text.


Design phase


1- Create rough drafts or wireframes to outline the overall structure and layout of the project.


2- Experiment with different design elements, such as color schemes, typography, and imagery.


3- send the drafts for the client or project manager  to obtain approval.


4- obtain the approval on the design to begin working on the final design.

 

5- finalize and refine the design based on feedback from the client or project manager.


6- Create final designs and prepare all necessary files for production.


Delivering phase


1- Convert final designs into the appropriate file formats for printing or digital use.


2- Review and proofread all designs to ensure accuracy and quality.


3- Coordinate with printers or developers to ensure that the final product is produced correctly


Review and approval - Project Manager


1- Review the final product with the client or project manager to ensure that it meets their expectations.


2- Make any necessary revisions based on feedback.


3- Obtain final approval for the project.


Finalization phase


1- Archiving all project-related files in a designated location with proper names for easy access.


2- Create a project summary and documentation for future reference.





Notes:

If any phase in a project does not apply to the SOP of Kaleam make sure to inform the QC officer.
